After Burnt Offereings

You spend the next several days recovering, examining the ruins, tending to the the horse, you learn we belonged to a Paladin of Iomedae, out of the Windsong abby, who’s remains you deduce were some found in the complex, that Nualia had had sacrificed to her evil god.
With a bit is work You are able to repair and reconnect the rope bridge, the hardest part being cutting a path threw the thorns to the road way, The party decided to take the remains and the Horse to the Abby which is several days North of Sandpoint and little over a day north of their current location.

The Monks of the Abby thank the party for returning Brother Locke’s remains and his mount and arrange a boat to transports the party back to Sandpoint leaving early the next morning and will get them there before dinner.

Just over 4 days from when you left Sandpoint, the heroes make their return, to little fanfare (as no one knew when or if they would be returning, or that they would be coming by boat)
as you make your way to the Rusty Dragon inn, a small crowd gathers to hear what has happened
Sherrif Hemlock sends the garrison from Magimar
you spend the next couple days relaxing and doing the simple daily tasks

Session 2

The night before the Boar hunt, Nurie Etuin is still vexed that they fought 2 goblin riding dogs, but only one rider, she convinces the party to go on patrol, as they are walking the market district they hear a commotion and are summoned to a house where a women and small child come running into the street. claiming that there is a monster in the closet, rushing in they find a dead family dog and large man partway in a hole in the closet floor, pulling his barely alive body out, they are attacked by a starving, and crazed goblin commando, and easily putting it down. with that much excitement for the day the group retires to the inn for much needed rest.
The Adventures awake at ass o’clock to join Aldern Foxglove on a boar hunt, he provides mounts for all members, but his attention is firmly on Karina
With some help from Aldern’s aids the party manages to ride out to the forest and find a mighty boar for dinner. although Dolnar Malgus Stonewarden IV did most of the damage, Karina’s arrow landed the fatal blow, much to Aldern’s delight.

at the Rusty Dragon Inn Ameiko Kaijitsu cooks up the boar and prepares a feast for the evening as the adventures are summoned to the mayors office.
Sheriff Hemlock and Mayor Kendra Deverin are in her office with another woman, Shalelu whom Hemlock introduces as Sandpoints unofficial Deputy.
“bq). Belor’s told me of your work against the goblins—well done. i’ve dedicated the last several years of my life to keeping them from causing too much trouble around these parts, but they’re tenacious and fecund little runts. Like weeds that bite.
Anyway, there’s five major goblin tribes in the region, and, traditionally, they’re pretty good at keeping each other in line with inter-tribal squabbles and the like. Yet from what i’ve been able to piece together, members of all five tribes were involved in the raid on Sandpoint. A fair amount of the Mosswood tribe goblins I dealt with yesterday were already pretty beat up, and there was a lot of chatter about the “longshanks” who killed so many of them. Now that i’ve met you, it seems obvious from their descriptions who they were talking about. seems like you’ve made an impression.

In any event, the fact that the five tribes are working together disturbs me. Goblin tribes don’t get along unless they’ve got something big planned, and big plans require big bosses. i’m afraid that someone’s moved in on the goblins and organized them. And judging by these recent raids, what they’re organizing seems like bad news for all of us."

Hemlock informs that party that he, and several guards are going to Magnimar to gain aid, and asks the party if they can stay in town for a bit, and maintain a presence while he is gone, to which the party agrees. Shalelu asks the party to meet her at the Rustry Dragon Inn, later tonight and will discus more about the tribes.

After the meeting, the adventures decide to check out the town some more and see if anymore goblins are lurking about, a resident informs them of junkers edge and that Gorvi could tell them more, as he runs the dung sweepers that clear garbage in the town.

The party meets Gorvi, but Dolnar and him have some racial differences and almost come to blows and the party discover little other then the goblins that usually raid the dump have been absent since the raid, and that Dolnar better watch out for Gorvi and his boyz…

with little other leads the party heads back to the inn where the feast begins shortly. during that time Shalelu informs the party about Goblin Tribes of the area.

well into the night, all but the adventures and a couple of diehard patrons are left at the Inn, Dolnar orders more drinks, but when he gulps down the drink brought to him by Ameiko Kaijitsu he discovers it is the same tank water from the Hagfish he suffered before, with a smirk she says “you will have to do better then that to get your name on the beam next to mine” as Dolmar rushes to the outhouse thus ending the drinking for the evening.

early the next morning Bethana Corwin awakens the adventures, distraught thatAmeiko Kaijitsu is missing, and she found a note from her brother in her room

At Bethana’s request the adventures rush off to the to find Ameiko at sandpoints Glassworks

The Glassworks is found to be a slaughter house, with all of its workers slain and Ameiko’s father Lonjiku Kaijitsu dead and his remains desecrated. The goblins that cavort within are switfly dealt with, and the villain Tsuto Kaijitsu is killed by Dolnar as he tries to flee to the the old smuggler’s tunnels he used to gain clandestine entrance into town, but Ameiko is found and rescued.
The party finds his Journal, that many of the pages talking about and drawings of his love Nualia, along with plans for raids on Sandpoint
